Outdoor Yoga at Christineholm

Hello!

I'm Jenny, a 200 hour certified yoga teacher from Germany. As I'm spending my summer in Sweden I am offering outdoor yoga classes every Sunday at Christineholm with a super nice view at the lake ✨

We're always meeting at VACKER VARDAG'S parking space at 10:00. 

The classes will be led in English and will take approximately 1.5 hours.

We're offering tea and some calming music during the sessions. Suitable for any level - BEGINNERS WELCOME!!

Please bring your own food & some cash for payment as I have no access to swish. 

Registration is open until Saturday evening each week. Feel free to write me a short email anytime!
